Former Bethany Police Captain Reinstated With Full Back Pay

A Bethany police captain fired last year is reinstated with full back pay.

Captain Jack Jencks was fired for allegedly stealing pills from the property room in February.

The 26 page arbitration decision filed Monday shows the arbitrator did not find evidence that Jencks stole.

However, Jencks still faces a criminal trial.
