Ingredients:
1 pound bag mini pretzels
1/2 - 1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 pkg ranch dry mix
3/4 C canola oil
1 can Virginia peanuts or cashews
1 gallon zip lock baggie
Instructions:
In a small bowl whisk together the ranch mix, cayenne pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder and canola oil. Pour 1/3 of mini pretzels in a tub with a lid along with a 1/3 of the nuts. Pour a 1/3 of the seasoning mixture over the top. Put the lid on your container and toss lightly. Then continue till all ingredients are combined. Allow the mixture to sit in the airtight container for a couple of hours. Give it a gentle shake every so often then line baking sheets with paper towels and pour out the pretzel mixture to sit overnight and dry out. Store in Ziploc bags till you are ready to eat!
