A Tahlequah woman was killed and two passengers were injured after she wrecked her car in Cherokee County Saturday evening.
It happened at 5:46 p.m. Saturday, on State Highway 82B, about one mile west of State Highway 10 in Cherokee County.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 32-year-old Misty Rogers was traveling westbound on State Highway 82B when, for an unknown reason, she departed the roadway to the right, then to the left and struck a tree.
OHP said two 10-year-old boys were also involved in the wreck, but they have been treated and released from Tahlequah City Hospital with minor injuries.
Rogers expired at the scene due to injuries sustained from the collision. She was not wearing a seatbelt, according to the OHP report.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
