OKLAHOMA CITY -- A warm and windy day is in store for Oklahoma.
Thursday morning, most of the state is already in the 70s with partly cloudy skies and southerly winds about 10mph. Your hour by hour forecast will have us near 80 degrees at noon with increasing southerly winds 15-25mph. Those winds will help us to not feel so humid Thursday.
Late day, the afternoon high will be warm with central Oklahoma approaching 90 degrees. A few more clouds may build in mid to late day and increase our rain chances, so prepare for a stray shower.
Thursday night, it will be warm and breezy with an overnight low near 70 degrees.
The 9-day forecast is looking more summer like with 90 degrees plus temperatures building in. And they will most likely stick around for a while.
