Parents Of Two-Year-Old Found At OKC Waffle House Identified

Police said the parents of the two-year-old girl found alone Sunday at a Waffle House in Oklahoma City have been identified.

The child was found in the parking lot of the Waffle House, located at 1150 S. Meridian Avenue.

According to officials, the parents told police they were sleeping at the Oaktree Inn and Suites, and the reason the child got out of the room was because there was an issue with the door latch. 

Police said the child is still with DHS, but the parents are being advised on how to regain custody.
