A federal judge ruled on Friday that an Edmond man accused of molesting orphans in Kenya will go to trial.

Matthew Durham, 19, was a volunteer at Upendo Children's home. That home was founded by an Edmond couple. During a trip in June, Durham reportedly stayed with the kids and that's when the alleged sex crimes happened.

Court documents show Durham confessed to one of the founders of that home that he sexually molested between four and 10 children back in June.

On Friday during a hearing, a federal judge found probable cause for the accusations. Durham will continue to be held in the custody of U.S. Marshals.
