4 bananas (cut into 1 1/2 in. chunks)
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
chopped nuts, coconuts or rice krispies
In a small bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Place in the microwave and cook on medium high heat for 30 second intervals until melted and smooth. Dip the bananas in the chocolate and then dip in a bowl of toppings. Set the bananas on a parchment lined baking sheet and then place in the freezer to freeze!
