Touchdown Chocolate Confection
2 (3.5 ounce) French Vanilla instant pudding mix
3 1/4 cups Braum's whole milk
3 cups whipping cream*
2 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 box graham crackers*
1 tub dark chocolate fudge frosting
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and whole milk till thickened. Chill for one hour. While the pudding is chilling, make the whipping cream by beating the heavy whipping cream with 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar till stiff peaks form. Fold the whipping cream into the pudding just till it is combined.
To assemble dessert:
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray. Place a layer of whole graham crackers on the bottom, then top with 1/2 the pudding mixture. Cover pudding with another layer of graham crackers, top with remaining pudding and another layer of whole graham crackers. Warm the chocolate fudge frosting in the microwave for 30 seconds till it is warm easy the spread. Pour the chocolate frosting over the top and spread evenly. Chill dessert overnight or for at least 8 hours before serving.
