Oklahoma activists are planning to participate in an event expected to draw thousands nationwide Sunday. The ‘People's Climate March of Oklahoma City' will be a gathering concerning climate change.
Organizers of the event said residents will gather at City Hall on North Hudson to rally at 2 p.m. After speakers address the crowd, the march through the city will take place, stopping at corporations the group considers responsible for climate change.
A similar event is scheduled for Tulsa on Sunday as well.
