There's been another suspicious fire in a Bethany neighborhood. It's the third straight week someone has apparently targeted the area.

The fire chief said it's too soon to link this latest fire to the others, but what we're seeing is the same thing happen.

Late Monday night, someone set a shed on fire in the back of a home near N.W. 32nd and Shannon Avenue. The shed was destroyed by the fire and investigators also discovered two broken windows on the back side of the house.

Bethany police, fire and the State Fire Marshal's Office were all out there for several hours looking for the person responsible.

Just last week on September 29, someone set several sheds on fire in the 3800 block of Riverside Drive. That's just north of Monday night's shed fire.

The week before that, on the morning of September 24, a vacant house caught fire in the 8200 block of Brownsville. Several 'spot' fires in the area were reported on the same morning.

One of the neighbors who live close to that house that was set on fire said he was hit by a B-B gun.

Of course the big fear right now is the fires will continue and eventually someone will get hurt.
