KSWO in Lawton reported a hit-and-run left a woman with a brain bleed and a fractured leg. And the graphic incident was caught on a cell phone camera.

A bystander recorded the incident over the weekend, according to KSWO.

Police said the victim in the incident was actually the aggressor.

In the graphic cell phone video, a woman cursed and assaulted another woman in a red car. The driver side door was open while the aggressor continued to kick and punch the woman inside for several minutes.

Then, the driver sped off in reverse, knocking the woman underneath the car's door and dragging her briefly, according to KSWO.

The incident occurred near NW 14th Street and "B" Avenue Sunday night.

Police said even though it appears the driver was provoked by the victim, she still needs to come forward to give her version of the incident since they were involved in a hit-and-run, KSWO reported.
