Pepperoni Pizza Pull Apart Bread
2 tubes of refrigerated pizza dough (not thin crust)
1 cup sliced pepperoni (cut into 1/4's)
2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
shredded sundried tomatoes
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/3 cup olive oil
Spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Open each tube and keep the dough rolled up. Cut into 3/4-1 inch rings and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and add in the cheeses, seasonings, and pepperoni. Toss together and then place in the Bundt pan. Bake in the center of your oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the oven and invert onto a large plate. Serve with spaghetti sauce!
**Do not use biscuits. The bread is too doughy. Pizza dough was just perfect!
