New information has come to light about fatal house fire Tuesday afternoon in Guthrie.
Fire Chief Eric Harlow says firefighters were at the home at 11th and West Washington Ave. eight minutes after the initial 911 call. However, Harlow says the flames were too intense to enter the home.
Neighbors say the man who died in the home was Steve Mead. They say Mead was in his late 50's and that he and his wife had lived in the home for several years.
