The United States Geological Survey (USGS) reported an earthquake near Perkins Friday night.
The 3.0 magnitude quake was reported at 9:41 p.m. approximately four miles northwest of Perkins and six miles south, southwest of Stillwater, according to the USGS.
The earthquake was more than two miles deep. This comes after several earthquakes were reported on Friday morning in the state.

There are no reports of major injury or damage at this time.
According to the USGS, earthquakes with magnitudes ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 are generally the smallest ones felt by humans. Damage is more likely from quakes at a 4.0 magnitude and higher.
