Your 2 Cents: Lawsuit Filed To Release Mixon Assault Tape

The Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters believes the tape of an altercation between OU running back Joe Mixon and a co-ed is an open record, and I agree.

The incident sparked heated debate, and the tape should be released to the public in my opinion.

But Sooner Nick says: "What does it matter what happened that night... He has been processed thru the court and punished accordingly."

And Tom adds: "You said you wanted to make up your own mind if the ruling is fair. It isn't up to you or me or anyone else to decide if it's a fair resolution. It is up to the Judge"
