Pedestrian Hit By Truck In West Norman Passes Away

Norman police said the pedestrian hit by a pickup truck on the 4000 block of W. Indian Hills Road died about an hour after the crash on Friday night. 

Authorities said Randy Driver, 51, of Norman was driving the truck involved in the crash. The victim who passed away was identified as 37-year-old Terrance Matthews of Oklahoma City.

Police said there were no criminal charges anticipated in reference to the collision. 

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
