6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1.5 cups finely grated extra sharp cheddar
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup bacon bits
1/4 cup goat cheese
1/4-1/2 cup everything seasoning blend (1 tablespoon each of: toasted sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried minced onion, dried minced garlic, and fennel seed)
In a medium sized bowl combine the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, green onion, bacon bits and goat cheese. Blend till smooth. Using a spatula form the cheese into a ball and place on a piece of plastic wrap. Thoroughly wrap the cheese ball and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before you are ready to serve.
In a shallow bowl combine all of the seeds and savory seasonings. Unwrap the cheese ball and roll it into the seasoning blend. Serve with an assortment of crackers.
