Partly Cloudy, Cold; Snow Flurries Possible Tuesday Night In Parts Of OK

It's a cold and breezy start for the state. This morning temperatures were in the teens and 20s around Oklahoma. North winds were prevailing around 10 mph. 

Skies are partly cloudy most of the day with increasing clouds later. The high for today will be at or near 34 degrees. 

Later this afternoon/ early evening, we have a 20 percent chance for rain or light snow flurries for central Oklahoma which will last overnight. 

Cold on Thursday with sunshine and 50s temperatures for the weekend.
