US Supreme Court Denies Appeal: Charles Warner Execution Will Proceed

The U.S Supreme Court has denied the appeal of Charles Warner.

The Oklahoma Department of Correction were awaiting a decision from the US Supreme Court on Charles Warner's appeal.

Charles Warner was originally scheduled to die tonight at 6, but his attorneys and those other three other death row inmates hoped an appeal to the U.S Supreme Court would stop that execution.
