According to its Twitter page, OG&E crews said the outage was caused by "trouble with underground equipment." About 1,017 customers were impacted by the outage. The Quail Springs Mall was not without power, but businesses surrounding it were.
Just after 8:30 p.m. Friday, OG&E reported 250 customers had their power restored. Around 9 p.m., OG&E reported power was restored to all but 58 customers.
