The United States Geological Survey (USGS) reported an earthquake near Langston Saturday afternoon.
The 3.2 magnitude quake shook the area three miles south of Langston and eight miles east of Guthrie at 4:42 p.m., according to the USGS.
The earthquake was more nearly four miles deep.
There are no reports of major injury or damage at this time.
According to the USGS, earthquakes with magnitudes ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 are generally the smallest ones felt by humans. Damage is more likely from quakes at a 4.0 magnitude and higher.
