Oklahoma City police have identified a man who was shot and killed when he reportedly tried to rob another man in northwest Oklahoma City.
According to police, at about 7 p.m. on Friday, January 16, officers responded to the report of a shooting in the parking lot of 4 Seasons Grocery, located 13 N.W. 63rd Street.
Authorities said a man was leaving the store and getting into his car when another man attempted to rob him. Police said the victim has a conceal-and-carry permit and shot the robber, fatally.

On Tuesday, police identified the shooter as 21-year-old Braylen Brown. Police said 21-year-old Quantrell Lawrence was the one who was shot and killed.
Police said it appears that Brown, Lawrence, and Brown's girlfriend, 20-year-old LaKeiia Moore, were inside of the vehicle when the shooting took place.
A thorough investigation will be completed. Neither Brown nor Moore has been arrested. It will be up to the District Attorney's Office as to whether charges are filed, according to police.
