Authorities: Mobile Home Fire Spreads To Nearby Grass In Piedmont

Oklahoma City and Piedmont firefighters contained a mobile home and grass fire on the Northwest Expressway.

The fire was reported shortly after 4 a.m. Thursday in the 14700 block of Northwest Expressway between Richland and Cimarron Roads. The fire reportedly started in the trailer and spread to the grass nearby. 

Firefighters have it under control. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
