Norman Police Issue Silver Alert For Woman With Mental Disabilities

Norman police issued a Silver Alert for a woman with mental disabilities in imminent danger. 

Authorities said 38-year-old Ann Shi was last seen at 1200 E. Lindsey Street in Norman at 12:49 p.m. Tuesday.

Shi was described as a white female, wearing a gray hoodie, yellow shirt, black sweatpants and black shoes.

Surveillance footage showed Shi at a local business Tuesday with the unknown male, who police said likely did not know she was missing.
