Mostly Sunny, Cold Thursday Across Oklahoma

It's a cold crisp morning for all of the state. Teens and twenties temperatures with colder wind chills will keep the heaters going most of the day.

Partly cloudy skies and north winds about 10 mph will give way to southerly winds later. But we stay cold with highs about 40 degrees. 

Tonight, arctic air sticks around a day or so with a cold night and a chilly Friday. But the weekend is looking really nice.
