The criminal investigation into a police officer accused of pawning hundreds of dollars worth of city-issued gear was completed. The Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office filed ten counts of Making a False Declaration to a Pawn Broker against Sgt. Travis Smith with the Oklahoma City Police Department (OCPD).
