Authorities Arrest NW OKC Homicide Suspect

 Authorities arrested Braylen Brown Tuesday for allegedly shooting and killing Quantrell Lawrence outside Four Seasons convenience store in Northwest Oklahoma City on Jan. 16.

Brown initially told police he killed Lawrence in self-defense after Brown said he was being robbed by Lawrence. But court documents revealed the Laurence was shot while he and the suspect were both in Brown's vehicle.

Police also said they found marijuana in bags in a nearby dumpster after the homicide with Brown's fingerprints on them.

Brown was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail Tuesday on one count of murder in the first degree, with no bond.
