It's a cold and breezy start on this Friday the 13th. Partly cloudy skies with 20s and 30s temperatures around the state.
Southerly winds 10-15 mph will be replaced by a northerly winds late day. We will get into the mid 60s today, but the winds will make you keep that sweater with you.
Tonight, skies try to clear out and overnight lows will be just above freezing.
Your Valentine's Day forecast looks great… Mostly sunny skies with highs near 70 degrees. Winds pick up though and will elevate the wildfire risk.
