Norman Police Chase Ends In Arrest Of Suspect

A man was arrested after leading Norman police officers on a chase in a stolen SUV Tuesday morning.

According to Norman police, a man was warming up his red SUV in his driveway in the 600 block of Redwood Circle, when another man jumped in and stole the SUV.

Police officers began chasing the suspect in the 2500 block of Waterleaf. The suspect bailed out of the vehicle shortly after.

Officers were able to take the suspect into custody just before 8 a.m. Police have not identified the man at this time.
