Investigators said alcohol was a factor in a double-fatal crash in Grady County around 3:15 a.m. Friday.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) said Christian Woosypitti and three passengers were headed eastbound on County Road 1290 and did not stop at a stop sign. And Fred Watts was headed southbound on US 81. Because Woosypitti failed to stop, Watts hit his vehicle, according to an OHP report.

Authorities said the 30-year-old driver had been drinking and his ability to drive was impaired. Passengers Bucky Seymour Jr., 58, and Victor Ahtone, 58, died at the scene. Another passenger, Bucky Seymour III, was taken to the hospital in critical condition, OHP said.
