3.4 Magnitude Earthquake Recorded Near Crescent

A 3.4 magnitude earthquake was recorded near Crescent, Oklahoma, Tuesday morning.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, this earthquake was recorded at 6:06 a.m. Its epicenter was located nine miles north, northeast of Crescent, and 14 miles north, northwest of Guthrie.

It was about two miles deep.

No injuries or damage were immediately reported.
