An earthquake shook up residents a short time before noon, Sunday.

The 3.5 magnitude earthquake was recorded four miles west southwest of Luther, ten miles north of Choctaw, and 12 miles east of Edmond.

There have been no According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), earthquakes with magnitudes ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 are generally the smallest ones felt by humans. Damage is more likely with quakes at magnitudes 4.0 and higher.
