Two Earthquakes Recorded Near Stillwater

Two earthquakes were recorded near Stillwater, Oklahoma, Friday morning.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 3.0 magnitude earthquake was recorded at 5:32 a.m. Its epicenter was located seven miles north, northeast of Stillwater, and 32 miles northeast of Guthrie.

It was about three miles deep.

At 11:39 a.m., another 3.2 magnitude earthquake was recorded 11 miles west of Stillwater and 19 miles north, northeast of Guthrie. It was also about three miles deep.

No injuries or damage were immediately reported.
