OKC Police Investigate Homicide After Shooting Victim Dies

Police are investigating Oklahoma City’s 47th homicide of 2015, after a shooting victim was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Police are investigating Oklahoma City’s 47th homicide of 2015, after a shooting victim was pronounced dead at the hospital.

According to police, at about 12:50 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to the report of an assault with shots fired at a bar in the 2800 block of S.W. 44th Street. When officers arrived at the parking lot, they found one person who had been shot.

The victim, later identified as 25-year-old Ruben S. Camarillo, was transported to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
