A little girl is showing her appreciation for law enforcement officers by handing them cards she made at the Oklahoma State Fair.

The Oklahoma City Police Department shared a photo of the card on its Facebook page. The department said at the State Fair on Friday, 3-year-old Georgia and her mother handed the cards to two Oklahoma City officers.

One of those cards reads, "I love the cops, 'cause you take care of us. Thank you for getting the bad guys for us. You're my best friend."

With help from her parents, Georgia made cards for all the officers she was possibly going to see at the fair, according to police. She gave each officer a card and told them that she loves the police.

“Thanks Miss Georgia! We appreciate you,” the police department posted on its Facebook page.

Many of the department’s Facebook followers also commented on the photo. Arlita Brakefield said. “We appreciate all that you do, you protect and serve and you risk your lives every day. May God Bless all of you and I pray HIS protection around all of you. Such a sweet little girl.”

Bobby Phillips said, “This is so sweet! I would also like to give props to her parents for raising her to believe that the police are the good guys and are here to help.”
