Gun Found In Student's Bag At Ripley HS In Payne County

The Ripley school district, in Payne County, has confirmed a student allegedly brought a gun to school on Thursday.

News 9 has learned the student put the gun inside a bag then dropped the bag off at a building near the Ripley High School Campus. 

Authorities say the 13-year-old student was arrested without incident and is now in the custody of Oklahoma Juvenile Affairs. The student's name has not been released.
