On Saturday evening, Nov. 14, 2015, shortly after 8:30p.m. Stillwater Police responded to an ambulance assistance call in the 100 block of West Tyler. Upon arrival officers found the victim William W. Rivers, a 31 year old Stillwater resident. Rivers had a stab wound to his upper left chest.
