Three Arrested In Connection With Stillwater Shooting

The Stillwater Police Department says three people are now in custody for their role in a shooting that occurred at an apartment complex in early November.

Police arrested Dreshawn Smith, 20, of Stillwater, Blake Martin, 24, of Stillwater, and Mikayla Roberts, 19, of Perry, Wednesday evening.

The shooting occurred Nov. 5, at the Cedar Oaks Apartments.  Police say 20-year-old Darian Cyphers was shot multiple times but survived his injuries.

According to police, all three persons arrested are acquaintances of Cyphers. Smith and Martin were arrested on complaints of Assault and Battery with a Deadly Weapon, Using a Motor Vehicle to Facilitate the Intentional Discharge of a Firearm, and Possession of a Firearm After Felony Conviction. Roberts was arrested on complaints of Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Using Motor Vehicle to Facilitate the Intentional Discharge of a Firearm.
