An Oklahoma City man is behind bars after police said he exposed himself to a woman and threatened to kill officers while he was being arrested.

According to police, just before 6 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18, officers responded to the report of a sex offense near N.W. 122nd and May. A woman told police she was getting into her vehicle after work when the suspect, later identified as 23-year-old Haydon Taylor, appeared in front of her.

The victim said as she started her car, Taylor exposed and fondled himself.

When officers arrived at the scene, they located Taylor and said it appeared he was zipping up his pants. The victim identified Taylor as the suspect who exposed himself to her. Taylor was then placed under arrest.

However, police said Taylor claimed he was wrongfully arrested. He then threatened the officers, saying, “I’m going to beat your a** when you take these cuffs off,” and, “I’m going to get you when I see you again.”

Police said Taylor also resisted arrest and tried to get out of the police car.  He continued to threaten the officers, making multiple threatening statements such as, “I’m going to pop you with your own gun in the forehead,” and, “I’m going to take you all’s guns and kill you all! I’m going to kill you when I see you again!”

Officers eventually got Taylor under control. He was later booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on complaints of indecent exposure and threatening to perform act of violence with harm or death.
