Ingredients:
2 Braum’s Cinnamon Cakes, cut into cubes
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups half and half
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 jar Braum’s Caramel Sauce
1/4 cup bourbon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the bread cubes in the pan. Beat together the eggs, sugar, and milk. Pour the custard mixture over the cake cubes and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake for 45 minutes or until it doesny jiggle. While the bread pudding is cooking, pour the caramel sauce in a small sauce pan. Add the bourbon and simmer lightly. Once the bread pudding is done drizzle the sauce over the warm pudding to serve.
