Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites

One package square pretzels

1 1/2 cups of creamy peanut butter 

1 stick melted butter 

1 teaspoon vanilla 

4 cups powdered sugar 

1 tablespoon of milk

In a large bowl using an electric mixer, beat together the butter and peanut butter until creamy, add in the vanilla and slowly mix in the powdered sugar till combined. Add a tablespoon of whipping cream until it can form a ball easily. To assemble the little bites simply use a 1 teaspoon measuring spoon to make the balls out of dough. Place the peanut butter ball between two pretzels and continue till all of the peanut butter dough is rolled. Place the chocolate candy melts in a microwave safe bowl and melt on low in the microwave until melted. Dip half of each of the bites into the the melted chocolate and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Continue dipping until all of the little bites are done and then refrigerate to allow the chocolate to set up. Store in an airtight container.
