Quick and Easy Cashew Turtles
1 package caramels, unwrapped and cut in half
3 cups lightly salted cashews
Ghirardelli Chocolate Melts, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the pretzels on a parchment lined baking sheet. Add a caramel on top of each pretzel and place in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and quickly add 1-2 cashews on top of the caramel. Allow them to cool and then dip into melted chocolate. Chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Place in candy tins and share!
