A 3.9 magnitude earthquake was recorded near Medford, Oklahoma, on Christmas Day.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, this earthquake was recorded at 1:12 p.m. Its epicenter was located 15 miles west, southwest of Medford, and 21 miles north, northwest of Enid.
It was about two miles deep.
No injuries or damage were immediately reported.
