Body Found Near Interstate in Norman

Norman police are investigating after a body was found Sunday near Interstate 35 in Norman.

The body was found about 11 a.m. on the side of the interstate just north of Lindsey Street.

Police think the death was a result of an auto-pedestrian crash and think the body was there for about 12 to 18 hours before being discovered.

The person has not been identified.
