Brittney Martin had 26 points and 10 rebounds, and Oklahoma State stunned No. 4 Baylor 52-45 on Wednesday night in the Big 12 Conference opener for both teams, ending the Lady Bears' 13-game winning streak.

Kaylee Jensen added 10 points and nine rebounds for Oklahoma State (11-1, 1-0 Big 12), which ended a 14-game losing streak to Baylor (13-1, 0-1), beating the Lady Bears for the first time since Jan. 9, 2010. That also had been the Cowgirls' last win over a top-five foe.

Baylor was missing star point Niya Johnson, who was sidelined with a bone bruise.

Martin scored nine of her points in the final 4:23 after Baylor had cut a 10-point deficit to one midway through the fourth quarter.

Nina Davis scored 18 points for Baylor, which entered the game third in Division I in shooting at 52 percent but went 18-of-59 from the field (30.5 percent) against the Cowgirls. Alexis Jones, who entered averaging 14.6 points per game, finished 2-of-18 from the field and scored five points.

Oklahoma State blocked eight shots, with Martin and Mandy Coleman recording three each, and six of the Cowgirls' blocks came in the first half.

Still, the Lady Bears led 17-16 after the first quarter and 19-16 after Beatrice Mompremier's basket at the 8:05 mark of the second quarter. Those were Baylor's only points of the quarter; the Lady Bears missed their final 14 shots of the half. Oklahoma State wasn't much better in the second quarter, but did manage six points and led 22-19 at halftime.

Martin scored twice, and Roddricka Patton added a fast-break layup during a 6-0 run that put the Cowgirls up 33-25 midway through the third quarter. Baylor quickly cut the margin to four, but Oklahoma State answered with another 6-0 run, with Kaylee Jensen's layup making it 39-29 with 2:41 left in the quarter.

The Cowgirls led 39-32 entering the fourth quarter, but Baylor pulled within 41-40 after Nina Davis hit two free throws with 6:01 left.
