A string of small earthquakes shook near Fairview, Oklahoma, Monday morning.
At 3:04 a.m., a 2.7 magnitude earthquake was recorded 16 miles northwest of Fairview, and 38 miles east of Woodward. It was about three miles deep.
At 7:12 a.m., a 2.9 magnitude earthquake was recorded 18 miles northwest of Fairview, and 37 miles east of Woodward. It was about five miles deep.
At 8:16 a.m., a 3.0 magnitude earthquake was recorded 18 miles northwest of Fairview, and 36 miles east of Woodward. It was about three miles deep.
At 9:18 a.m., a 3.2 magnitude earthquake was recorded 18 miles northwest of Fairview, and 38 miles east of Woodward. It was about three miles deep.
Meanwhile, a 2.7 magnitude earthquake was recorded at 2:48 a.m., two miles southeast of Crescent, and eight miles west, northwest of Guthrie.
No injuries or damage were immediately reported following these earthquakes.
