Crews Contain Multiple Structure Fires Near S.E. 179th, Sooner

Firefighters have contained multiple structure fires on the southeast side of the Oklahoma City metro Monday morning.

According to the fire department, crews responded to the area of S.E. 179th and Sooner Road, where multiple structures, including a mobile home, an RV, a barn and grass in the area, were on fire.

This is an unincorporated area protected by the Oklahoma City Fire Department, officials said.

Preliminary reports indicate that a propane tank exploded in the area.
