Texas Business Lets You Smash Furniture

Low oil prices are making for lots of tough work days for people in Oklahoma and Texas as companies discuss cuts. A Houston business has a way to help people let out some work-related stress.

The business, called Tantrums LLC, allows customers to come in and wreak some havoc. For a reasonable price, you can pick up a sledgehammer and smash furniture to pieces.

Shawn Baker started the business after she was laid off from an oil company.

“For ten minutes it’s $35. And for 15 minutes, it’s $50. If you need more than that, you probably need professional help,” laughed Baker.

Baker said the most popular things people like to break are dishes and TV sets.
