Suspect Arrested Near Shawnee After Leading Authorities On Multi-County Chase

A suspect has been arrested near Shawnee, Oklahoma, after leading Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers and Seminole County Sheriff's deputies on a pursuit across several Oklahoma counties Tuesday morning.

According to the Seminole County Sheriff's office, authorities began chasing a stolen vehicle in Holdenville in Hughes County. The chase continued into Shawnee, Oklahoma.

The suspect, who has not been identified, was taken into custody near Shawnee.
