The Children's Center Rehabilitation Hospital Hosts Valentine's Day Dance

Patients at The Children's Center Rehabilitation Hospital in Bethany, Oklahoma, celebrated Valentine's Day on the dance floor Friday morning.

The hospital hosted a Friendship Dance at 10 a.m. Friday. Along with music and dancing, patients exchanged Valentine's Day cards and played games. Staff members decorated the gym in the Hospital's Complex Care Unit for the big day.

According to event organizers, patients have spent the past week decorating Valentine's Day goodie bags displayed throughout the halls of the education department at the hospital. These bags are being filled with special messages from the community, hospital staff members, and patient families.

During the dance, patients had the opportunity to exchange valentine cards with other patients at the Hospital.
